Berkeley’s new David Brower Center and Oxford Plaza development is one of the best local examples of mixed-use development and green architecture combined. Together, the project includes a LEED Platinum building and conference center for environmental nonprofits, 97 units of low-income family housing, retail, a restaurant, art gallery and parking garage.
