The economic impacts of San Francisco's payroll tax has been debated for many years. Over the past several months, the Controller's Office has led a working group that has designed two alternatives to the payroll tax. Join the City's chief economist Ted Egan as he discusses the two options and why changing the payroll tax could benefit the city's economy and fiscal outlook.
