The Public Assembly floor measures 1,647 sq feet and is the Urban Center's largest space. Perfect for hosting larger events, dinners, presentations, symposia, product launches and workshops.

Looking for a fantastic venue to hold your holiday party or another upcoming meeting or event? Join us for the SPUR Urban Center Open House! Come enjoy a glass of wine, tour the Urban Center and learn about our special holiday pricing and promotions.

The SPUR Urban Center is the ideal place to host your special event or corporate meeting, whether it's a cocktail reception, product launch, board meeting, or classes and trainings. The new SPUR Urban Center is a contemporary green building scheduled for Silver LEED certification, just opened in May 2009. The Urban Center sits in the heart of the Yerba Buena District - San Francisco's cultural and business hub with the Moscone Center, museums, major hotels, and transit all within a minutes' walk.

Free to people interested in renting the SPUR Urban Center for an event

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments: Will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a SPUR event, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. SPUR will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify SPUR at least two business days before the event.
