Come and see the plans for a new playground in Dolores Park! Designed by KLA Architects, the plan includes new play structures (the current ones are 30 years old) made of green materials, improved signage and a new drainage system. Nancy Gonzalez Madynski of Friends of Dolores Park Playground and Meredith Thomas of the Neihborhood Parks Council will give a preview of the design, and talk about the unique collaboration (with the City's Department of Recreation and Parks) that has shaped the design, fundraising and approvals process.
