Energizing Innovation in Integrated Project Delivery
Research Purpose: To enhance the ability of leaders and building design and construction project teams to innovate in the delivery of construction projects through integrated project delivery processes, by identifying the factors that impact innovation on a project and the practices and processes that encourage and facilitate innovation.
Research Products: An “Innovation Manual of Practice;” the Final Research Report and Research Summary, and supporting slide presentation and bibliography that provide practical, definitive guidance to integrated project delivery practitioners that will assist them in energizing innovation in the field.
