Mr. Vince Hoenigman is the Vice President of Product Strategy, Design, and Delivery at Eye-R Systems, Inc. Mr. Hoenigman is responsible for delivering Eye-R Systems proprietary core scientific innovations to its commercial partners and customers in a simple and compelling product format. He began his career in technology working for Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services. Later, he co-founded Ibis Consulting, a San Francisco based IT services company that merged into Proxicom Inc., a leading Internet Services Company. He founded and managed the Business Intelligence Group and created The Proxicom Process, a methodology for managing large implementations for Proxicom clients. Throughout his career, he has architected, managed and developed numerous extremely complex custom applications for Fortune 500 Companies, including several in the energy industry. After retiring from Proxicom, he started Citymark Development, a real estate development company that has built over 700 units of urban-infill housing in Southern California and Nevada with a focus on energy efficiency design. At the same time, he also helped found The Orphanage, a San Francisco-based special effects studio that pioneered several aspects of digital filmmaking including a leading digital effects software design tool used across the film industry. He has a passion for the environment and served on the board of the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR), a civic think tank focused on the San Francisco Bay Area. As Co-Chairman of the board, Mr. Hoenigman launched SPUR’s environmental policy area. He has also served on the boards of several other local and national nonprofits, including two environmental organizations, The National Parks Conservation Association and Eye-R Systems, Inc. Children’s Earth. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
