Geoff Gibbs offers a unique blend of domestic and international experience in law, business and government. His years as a big firm attorney, in-house counsel, government lawyer and business development executive have equipped him with a broad array of tools to solve clients' complex legal problems.

Before joining the firm, Geoff started his career as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers in their Los Angeles office. He then served as in-house counsel and Director of Business Development for Hughes Space and Communications. During his tenure there, he gained high-level transactional experience in the satellite business in Asia, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Geoff was extensively involved in a leadership role in both police reform and transit reform efforts in Los Angeles in the early 1990s.

Geoff was Chief Counsel to U.S. Senator Carol Moseley Braun and was responsible for judiciary, telecommunications, labor and military affairs. He was California StateDirector for Clinton for President in 1992. He also served as Special Counsel to the California State Assembly. In addition, Geoff was the Director of Global BusinessDevelopment for The Walt Disney Company.
